Za naš objekt Aminess Senses Hvar Resort 4* na otoku Hvaru zapošljavamo:

VODITELJA RECEPCIJE (M/Ž)

Vaš posao će obuhvaćati:

  • upravljanje, koordiniranje i nadzor cijelog procesa prijema gostiju
  • kontroliranje provođenja svih standarda i pravila u području odgovornosti
  • upravljanje planom rada i produktivnosti recepcijskog tima (planiranje rasporeda radnih sati i kontrola provođenja istoga)
  • primanje i rješavanje reklamacija gostiju (samostalno ili u suradnji s drugim sektorima), briga za sigurnost gostiju i upravljanje podacima o zadovoljstvu gostiju
  • komunikacija sa svim radnicima u objektu koji dolaze u kontakt sa gostima

Poželjno je da imate:

  • SSS/VŠS/VSS
  • minimalno 2 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • aktivno znanje dva strana jezika
  • poznavanje rada u recepcijskim sustavima
  • sposobnost vođenja tima
  • vještine organizacije i prezentacije
  • spremnost na kontinuiranu edukaciju i usavršavanje
  • izvrsnu informatičku pismenost
  • izvrsnu usmenu i pismenu komunikaciju
