Za naš objekt Aminess Laurel Khalani 5* u Makarskoj zapošljavamo:

VODITELJ RESTORANA (M/Ž)

Potrebna znanja, vještine i iskustvo:

  • VŠS/SSS; smjer: ugostiteljski smjer-konobar
  • 2 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • dobro poznavanje standarda i procedura područja rada kojim rukovodi
  • razumijevanje strateških ciljeva i ciljeva poslovnog plana OJ
  • razvijene vještine (govorne) komunikacije i prodaje ugostiteljskog proizvoda
  • sposobnost usvajanja novih znanja te efikasno primjenjivanje istih na unapređenje poslovnih procesa iz područja rada
  • samoinicijativnost i samostalnost u obavljanju poslova i rješavanju problema
  • sposobnost postavljanja prioriteta unutar postavljenih ciljeva
  • sposobnost za timski rad
  • znanje (govor) 2 strana jezika
  • poznavanje rada na računalu (u Windows okruženju)

Opis poslova i odgovornosti:

  • rukovođenje (planiranje, organizacija, vođenje, kontrola) radom restorana
  • implementiranje i praćenje svih standarda, pravila i procedura vezanih za hranu i piće,
  • edukacija, organizacija i kontrola rada svih zaposlenih unutar odjela te uspješno provođenje radnih procesa na svim prodajnim mjestima unutar odjela (restoran i barovi)
  • odgovornost za cjelokupni sustav naplate unutar odjela te vodi brigu o stanju zaliha i pravovremenom naručivanju optimalnih količina pića i ostalog materijala
  • odgovornost za poslovanje organizacijske jedinice u okvirima usvojenog plana i u skladu s pozitivnim propisima,
  • obaveza pridržavanja higijensko-sanitarnih propisa, pravila zaštite na radu i zaštite od požara,
  • odgovornost za pravovremeno, kvalitetno i uredno obavljanje poslova sukladno pozitivnim propisima, uzancama, pravilima struke, standardima, te uputama nadređenog,
