Za naš objekt Aminess Vival Lišanj Family Hotel 4* u Novom Vinodolskom, tražimo iskusnog i kreativnog zamjenika direktora hotela koji će, kao ključna osoba uz direktora, biti odgovoran za cjelokupno upravljanje hotelom, pružanje čarobnog doživljaja gostima, optimizaciju poslovnih procesa i stvaranje poticajnog radnog okruženja, uz priliku oblikovati strateški smjer hotela i podizati standarde našeg brenda.

ZAMJENIK DIREKTORA HOTELA (m/ž)

Vaš posao će obuhvaćati:

  • pružanje podrške direktoru hotela u organizaciji tekućih aktivnosti i vođenju operativnog poslovanja i organizacijskih projekata
  • administrativna podrška direktoru kod izvještavanja; pomaže direktoru kod definiranja tjednih i mjesečnih planova te po nalogu izrađuje dnevne, tjedne i mjesečne izvještaje
  • doprinosi profitabilnosti i zadovoljstvu gostiju
  • dodjeljivanje zadataka unutar odjela te provjera kvalitete obavljenog
  • briga da se posao obavlja u skladu s internim i zakonski procedurama
  • kontroliranje operativnih procesa rada provođenjem standarda kvalitete i interne politike kompanije
  • osiguranje standarda kvalitete i usluge kako bi se postiglo maksimalno zadovoljstvo gostiju

Poželjno je da:

  • imate VSS (visoka stručna sprema)
  • imate poznavanje dva strana jezika (engleski i njemački)
  • imate najmanje dvije godine radnog iskustva na istoj ili sličnoj poziciji
  • imate izražene komunikacijske i digitalne vještine
  • imate sposobnost za timski rad
  • da vam je u fokusu najbolji doživljaj gosta
