* Objetivo do trabalho: O Conferente de materiais é responsável por conferir a entrada e saída de produtos no estoque, assegurando que as quantidades e as especificações estejam corretas. Essa função é essencial para manter a organização e a eficiência do setor de logística da empresa, contribuindo para a qualidade do atendimento ao cliente. O profissional atua diretamente na interface entre o estoque e as áreas de vendas, promovendo a agilidade nos processos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Conferir e validar as quantidades e especificações dos materiais recebidos e enviados, garantindo a precisão dos registros.

- Organizar os materiais no estoque de forma adequada, facilitando o acesso e a localização dos produtos.

- Comunicar-se com a equipe de vendas e logística para esclarecer dúvidas sobre produtos e a disponibilidade dos mesmos.

- Realizar registros de entrada e saída de materiais em sistema, assegurando a atualização das informações.

- Acompanhar e reportar qualquer diferença encontrada nas quantidades ou condições dos materiais, colaborando na solução de problemas.

- Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa para o desenvolvimento profissional e atuação eficiente nas atividades.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em logística e armazenamento de materiais, com entendimento básico das rotinas de conferência.

- Habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir efetivamente com a equipe.

- Capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes, essenciais para garantir a precisão nas conferências.

- Familiaridade com ferramentas tecnológicas, como sistemas de gestão de estoque e planilhas eletrônicas.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções de conferência, estoque ou logística será um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória. Estágios ou experiências similares na área podem ser considerados.
