* Objetivo do trabalho: O Jovem Aprendiz atuará no suporte às atividades operacionais da empresa, aprendendo sobre o funcionamento do varejo de materiais de construção e a importância do atendimento ao cliente. O trabalho visa proporcionar ao aprendiz uma experiência prática e teórica, plus à formação profissional, integrando-o às diversas áreas da empresa.

* Responsabilidades: - Auxiliar nas operações do dia a dia nas lojas, incluindo o atendimento ao cliente, organização de produtos e reposição de estoques, com o objetivo de garantir um ambiente agradável e eficiente para os clientes. - Colaborar com os colegas de trabalho para garantir o funcionamento adequado das atividades, atendendo às diretrizes da empresa e contribuindo para a excelência no serviço. - Participar de treinamentos oferecidos pela empresa, promovendo a própria capacitação e desenvolvimento de habilidades essenciais para atuação no setor de vendas e atendimento. - Interagir com os supervisores e outros colaboradores para entender processos e operações que influenciam na experiência do cliente.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento prático: compreensão básica dos produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa e noções de atendimento ao cliente. - Habilidade em comunicação: capacidade de se expressar claramente e ouvir ativamente, facilitando a interação com clientes e colegas. - Comprometimento e vontade de aprender: disposição para absorver conhecimentos e se desenvolver profissionalmente no ambiente do varejo.

* Qualificações educacionais: Obrigatório estar cursando o ensino médio ou ter concluído.

* Experiências profissionais: Não é necessária experiência anterior, mas ter realizado estágios ou atividades relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente pode ser um diferencial.
