Stellenbeschreibung

  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen im Rahmen der Wareneingangsprozesse sowie zu Teilen aus der internen Fertigung.
  • Selbständige Festlegung von Prüfabläufen anhand von Zeichnungen unter Anwendung der erforderlichen Prüfeinrichtungen und Prüfmittel.
  • Bewertung der Ergebnisse von durchgeführten Qualitätsprüfungen und Dokumentation in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Messmethoden und bei der Messmittelauswahl.
  • Messmittelverwaltung / Prüfmittelüberwachung
  • Optimierung der Wareneingangsabläufe und Prozesse im Bereich der Qualitätsprüfung.
  • Messspezialist (m/w/d)

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf vorzugsweise in einem Metallberuf sowie fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich Prüftätigkeiten, Qualitätssicherung oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeiten
  • Zusatzqualifikationen, z.B. geprüfte(r) Qualitätsfachmann / -frau, wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in der Messtechnik, z.B. Keyence 3D-Koordinatenmessgerät und im Messmittelmanagement
  • Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Analysekompetenz, Prozessorientierung und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
