Warum diese Stelle interessant ist Unser ERP-System ist das Rückgrat der Produktion – und es wächst mit uns. Statt Tickets abzuarbeiten, gestaltest du hier die Systemlandschaft mit: du entscheidest, wie Schnittstellen aussehen, welche Prozesse automatisiert werden und wie Digitalisierungsprojekte technisch umgesetzt werden. Du bist die fachliche Instanz für ERP im Haus, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem Team, das keine Konzernabstimmungsrunden braucht, um Dinge umzusetzen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Customizing im ERP-System – von der Anforderungsaufnahme mit dem Fachbereich bis zum produktiven Rollout
  • Architektur, Aufbau und Betrieb von Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Systemen (MES, CAD/PLM, DMS, BI, Webshop) inklusive Monitoring und Fehleranalyse
  • Verantwortung für Datenintegration und Datenqualität – Du entwickelst die Integrationskonzepte, nicht nur deren Umsetzung
  • Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen über Skripting (z. B. Groovy), SQL und APIs – inklusive Weiterentwicklung bestehender Skripte.
  • Technische Teilprojektleitung in ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten (z. B. Modul-Rollouts, Release-Wechsel, Systemintegration nach Zukäufen)
  • 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Enablement von Key Usern – Du machst die Fachbereiche selbstständiger
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Bewertung von Aufwänden und Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Dokumentation und Standardisierung von Systemanpassungen und Prozessen

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung mit einem ERP-System – idealerweise PSI Penta oder SAP; Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Systemen (proALPHA, abas, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics) ist ebenso willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SQL sowie mit Schnittstellentechnologien (XML, REST/SOAP-APIs, Dateischnittstellen)
  • Erfahrung in Skripting und Automatisierung (Groovy, VBScript, Python, PowerShell o. ä.)
  • Fähigkeit, mit Fachbereichen auf Augenhöhe Anforderungen zu klären und in tragfähige Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (Fachinformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) – Quereinsteiger mit belastbarer ERP-Praxis sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen, PPS oder Materialwirtschaft
