MISSION PRINCIPALE

Rattaché au Département Distribution et Animation Commerciale, le/la Chargé(e) d’Affaires Sénior a pour mission principale, d’assurer le développement, la gestion et la fidélisation d’un portefeuille de clients institutionnels, des entreprises et des particuliers. Il doit identifier les opportunités de placement en OPCVM auprès de la clientèle des filiales bancaires existantes ou à prospecter dans les régions du Centre – Sud et Est, et ce dans le respect des limites et de la règlementation en vigueur.

Objectifs Et Activités Principales :

  • Identifier les besoins de placement de la clientèle et proposer les solutions OPCVM adéquates, en fonction du profil investisseur ;
  • Développer le portefeuille des clients institutionnels, des grandes entreprises, des PME et des particuliers, dans le respect strict des limites autorisées et de la réglementation en vigueur ;
  • Contribuer au positionnement de la société comme partenaire de référence en matière d’investissement ;
  • Elaborer et exécuter un plan de prospection commerciale et en assurer l'animation permanente ;
  • Accompagner l'équipe commerciale des filiales bancaires et des partenaires de distribution ;
  • Maintenir un standard élevé de qualité de service à la clientèle, notamment en termes de conseil, d'horizon de placement et de traitement diligent des opérations ;
  • Accompagner les clients internes dans leurs actions commerciales ;
  • Fournir aux clients et partenaires de distribution des supports pédagogiques, des présentations de produits, des simulations en cas de besoin ;
  • Analyser les ventes et produire des rapports d’activité périodiques ;
  • Veiller à la qualité et à la conformité des dossiers clients, accompagner la mise en place des nouvelles entrées en relation et assurer leur suivi administratif et commercial.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Qualifications et Compétences :

  • Niveau académique : BAC+4/5 en Banque et Finance, Commerce, Assurance, Marketing, ou dans toute autre discipline similaire.
  • Expérience professionnelle justifier d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction commerciale au sein d’une Société de Gestion d’Actifs, Banque, Société de Bourse ou Institution Financière.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la collecte de ressources ou le développement d'actifs sous gestion.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'une clientèle institutionnelle ou patrimoniale.
  • Bonne connaissance des produits financiers et des marchés des capitaux.
  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
  • Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
