Dans le cadre de la transformation de son modèle commercial et opérationnel , nous accompagnons un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire au Cameroun, dans le recrutement de ses futurs CHEF D'AGENCE / BRANCH MANAGER.

Localisation: Douala,Yaoundé,Kribi & Nkongsamba

I- OBJECTIF DU POSTE

Le/la Chef d'Agence est responsable du pilotage global de son agence et contribue à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux, financiers et opérationnels à travers:

  • Le développement du portefeuille clients et des opportunités commerciales ;
  • L'amélioration continue de la qualité de service;
  • L'accompagnement et la mobilisation des équipes;
  • Le respect des standards opérationnels, règlementaires et de conformité.

Il/Elle joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale locale et dans l'accompagnement des évolutions organisationnelles au sein du réseau.

II- PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

1. Performance commerciale et développement du portefeuille

  • Déployer la stratégie commerciale de l'agence en cohérence avec les orientations de l'institution ;
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de développement auprès des différents segments de clientèle;
  • Accroître le portefeuille clients et contribuer à l'amélioration des performances commerciales ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance de l'agence.

2. Qualité de service et satisfaction client

  • Garantir une expérience client conforme aux standards attendus ;
  • Superviser le traitement des demandes et réclamations clients;
  • Promouvoir l'utilisation des solutions et services financiers innovants ;
  • Identifier les leviers d'amélioration de la qualité de service.

3. Management et animation des équipes

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les collaborateurs de l'agence ;
  • Fixer les objectifs et assurer le suivi des performances individuelles et collectives;
  • Favoriser une culture de collaboration, d'engagement et de résultats.

4. Conformité et maîtrise des risques

  • Garantir le respect des procédures internes et exigences réglementaires ;
  • Veiller à l'application des dispositifs de conformité (KYC, contrôle interne, gestion des risques) ;
  • Superviser les opérations de l'agence et assurer la fiabilité des processus.

III - PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation

  • Bac+3 / Bac+5 en Banque, Finance, Gestion, Comptabilité, Économie, Marketing ou domaine équivalent.

Expérience

  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire ;
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d'agence, développement commercial ou management d'activités bancaires ;
  • Expérience managériale réussie avec des résultats démontrés.

Compétences clés

  • Forte orientation commerciale et culture du résultat ;
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer une équipe ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et commerciales ;
  • Capacité à accompagner le changement et à améliorer les pratiques;
  • Maîtrise des enjeux de conformité et de gestion des risques ;
  • Organisation, autonomie et gestion des priorités.
