CONTEXTE ET APERCU DU POSTE

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité et son portefeuille, notre client, une société de gestion de portefeuille d'actifs financiers recherche un(e) Chargé(e), de Distribution et de l'Animation Commerciale qui joue un rôle pivot entre la société de gestion de portefeuille et les réseaux de distribution. Son objectif principal est de développer les encours sous gestion en promouvant la gamme de fonds financiers auprès de partenaires distributeurs, d'investisseurs institutionnels et de clients professionnels.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

  • Assurer le développement des relations commerciales ;
  • Identifier les opportunités de placement en OPCVM auprès de la clientèle des filiales en zone bancaires existantes ;
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et ce dans le respect des limites et de la règlementation en vigueur.

OBJECTIFS ET ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES :

  • Accompagner l'équipe commerciale des filiales bancaires et des partenaires de distribution ;
  • Définir, avec son supérieur hiérarchique, un plan de prospection sur diverses typologies d'investisseurs et en assurer l'animation permanente ;
  • Identifier les besoins de placement de la clientèle et proposer les solutions OPCVM adéquates ;
  • Accompagner les clients internes dans leurs actions commerciales ;
  • Maintenir un standard élevé de qualité de service à la clientèle, notamment en termes de conseil, d'horizon de placement et de traitement diligent des opérations ;
  • Fournir aux clients et partenaires de distribution des supports pédagogiques, des présentations de produits, des simulations en cas de besoin ;
  • Développer l'activité dans le strict respect des limites autorisées et de la réglementation en vigueur ;
  • Analyser les ventes et produire des rapports d'activité périodiques;
  • Veiller à la qualité et à la conformité des dossiers clients, accompagner la mise en place des nouvelles entrées en relation et assurer leur suivi administratif et commercial.

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

  • Minimum BAC+3 en banques et finances, Assurance, Gestion commerciale ou marketing, ou dans toute autre discipline similaire ;
  • Justifier d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en tant que commerciale, de préférence dans le secteur bancaire ou en assurance;
  • Bonne capacité rédactionnelle;
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
