A-MISSIONS DU POSTE

Dans le cadre de sa stratégie commerciale, notre client – un groupe aux activités diversifiées au Cameroun – recherche un responsable du département des ventes industrielles et spécialisées. Rattaché(e) directement au directeur adjoint des ventes et des opérations, il ou elle sera chargé(e) de piloter et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale B2B du groupe sur l’ensemble du territoire national. Il a la responsabilité directe de la croissance des volumes, du chiffre d’affaires et de la rentabilité des segments industriels, grands comptes, BTP, transports, secteur public, minier, de la maîtrise du risque client et du recouvrement.

​B- ​​ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES :

  1. Pilotage Stratégique, Budgétaire et Commercial
  • ​ Élaborer la politique commerciale B2B de l’entreprise en alignement avec les objectifs de la Direction Générale.
  • Définir et répartir les budgets annuels de ventes (volumes et marges) par secteur d'activité, région et collaborateur.
  • Analyser mensuellement les performances du département, suivre les indicateurs de rentabilité et déployer des plans d’actions correctifs robustes face à la concurrence.

2. Management et Animation de la Force de Vente

  • Encadrer, coacher et évaluer les performances de l'équipe commerciale B2B sur le terrain.
  • Définir les KPIs individuels, optimiser la sectorisation des portefeuilles et veiller à la montée en compétences des équipes.

3. Négociation de Haut Niveau & Gestion des Comptes Stratégiques

  • Piloter en direct ou en appui aux équipes les négociations de contrats majeurs (grands industriels, chantiers d'infrastructure étatiques, appels d'offres publics).
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau relationnel solide et de haut niveau avec les décideurs clés de l'économie camerounaise.

4.Gestion du Risque Client & Optimisation du Recouvrement

  • Suivre de manière rigoureuse les encours financiers des clients professionnels en collaboration avec la Direction Financière.
  • Piloter les actions de recouvrement pour minimiser le besoin en fonds de roulement (BFR).

​C-PROFIL ET COMPETENCES RECHERCHEES

  • Niveau académique : BAC+4/5 en Commerce, Marketing, Gestion ou Management ;
  • Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine ;
  • Maitrise des techniques de ventes et négociation ;
  • Maitrise des techniques de commercialisation, action commerciale ;
  • Connaissance de l’environnement réglementaire des hydrocarbures serait un atout.
  • Maitrise des produits pétroliers ;
  • Connaissance du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ;
  • Bilingue (Français / Anglais).
