A-MISSIONS DU POSTE

Dans le cadre de sa stratégie commerciale, notre client un marketeur pétrolier du secteur aval recherche un Chef de District, il chargé d'assurer la gestion, la supervision et l'animation de l'ensemble du réseau de stations-service de son district. Il est responsable de la performance commerciale et opérationnelle, de la compétitivité de la marque dans sa région et travaille en lien avec les Départements centraux.

​B- ​​ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES :

  1. Administration et Organisation
  • ​ Superviser les équipes du district (Commerciaux, Inspecteurs, Coordonnateurs).

  • Contrôler la gestion des flux financiers et des écarts.
  • Produire un reporting régulier au DDR (Performance, Incident...) associé à un plan d'action concret.

2. Gestion Opérationnelle et Technique

  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement des installations (pompes, cuves, boutiques, groupes électrogènes) via un tableau de bord.

  • Garantir la conformité technique et sécuritaire du réseau en lien avec QHSE.
  • Analyser et corriger les écarts opérationnels (stocks, ventes, caisse).

3. Qualité de Service et Expérience Client

  • Garantir la satisfaction client dans toutes les stations du district.).
  • Superviser la mise en place des standards qualité définis par le Coordonnateur Réseau et Validé par le DDR.
  • Évaluer la conformité via les visites de terrain et audits qualité.
  • Promouvoir la culture du service de qualité supérieure au sein des équipes.

4. Coordination avec les Départements et Partenaires

  • Collaborer avec la Direction Technique en Région (Maintenance et Construction) pour la gestion quotidienne des stations.
  • Travailler avec les Operations pour la planification et la fluidité des livraisons de produits blancs.
  • Coordonner avec le QHSE pour garantir sécurité, hygiène et environnement dans les Stations.
  • Suivant la Stratégie Globale d'expansion du réseau définie, accompagner la DDR dans l'exploration des nouveaux sites et le repérage des reprises.
  • Organiser la veille concurrentielle dans sa zone d'intervention.

5. Pilotage et Performance

  • Décliner les objectifs opérationnels et commerciaux du district.
  • Suivre les KPIs de performance et proposer des plans d'amélioration.
  • Animer les réunions de district avec les gérants et équipes support.
  • Mettre en place une dynamique collective orientée résultats et satisfaction client.

​C-PROFIL ET COMPETENCES RECHERCHEES

  • Niveau académique : Bac+4/5 en Commerce, Gestion, Marketing, Ingénierie pétrolière, Management ou équivalent ;
  • Spécialisation en management des réseaux de distribution ou en gestion commerciale est un atout ;
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans la gestion d'un réseau commercial, idéalement dans le secteur pétrolier aval ;
  • Expérience avérée en animation de force de vente ;
  • Connaissance de la réglementation du secteur pétrolier aval;
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de ventes et de négociation ;
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion de comptes clients et prospection ;
  • Maîtrise du secteur de la distribution pétrolière et des produits est un atout ;
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel souhaité ;
  • Maîtrise bureautique : Pack office (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP).
