JOB DESCRIPTION :

Le Contrôleur Financier pilote le contrôle de gestion, le contrôle budgétaire et le contrôle interne des entités du Client fusionnées, couvrant l'ensemble des activités du groupe (grande distribution, courant fort, courant faible, climatisation, marchés publics, IT, Achats et la logistique).

II garantit la fiabilité des données de gestion, le suivi de la rentabilité par activité et par projet et la maitrise des risques financiers, afin d'éclairer la Direction Générale dans ses décisions stratégiques et opérationnels.

I - MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

1-Contrôlé de Gestion et Pilotage de la Performance

  • Concevoir et animer le dispositif de pilotage (tableaux de bord, indicateurs, reporting mensuel) ;
  • Suivre la rentabilité par activité, par centre de profit et par marché ou projet (couts de revient, marges, besoin en fonds de roulement);
  • Analyser les écarts réalisé/budget/prévisionnel et proposer des actions correctives.

2-Budget et Prévisions

  • Piloter le processus budgétaire annuel et consolider les budgets des directions ;
  • Élaborer les réestimations budgétaires et les prévisions de trésorerie en lien avec le DAF et le Chef Comptable.

3-Contrôle des Engagements et des Operations

  • Contrôler les engagements de dépenses et la conformité des achats au regard des budgets approuvés et des procédures;
  • Assurer le suivi financier des marchés et marchés publics et des grands projets (avancement, situations de travaux, cautions, retenues de garantie, pénalités et autres);
  • Contrôler les marges, les stocks et les inventaires de la grande distribution.

4-Contrôle Interne et Maitrise des Risques

  • Cartographier les risques financiers et opérationnels, définir et déployer les procédures de contrôle harmonisées post-fusion ;
  • Réaliser des contrôles périodique (caisses, stocks, trésorerie, immobilisations) et suivre la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions ;
  • Prévenir les irrégularités et la fraude, et assurer l'interface avec les commissaires aux comptes et les auditeurs.

5-Reporting et Analyse Financière

  • Produire le reporting de gestion à destination de la Direction Générale et du DAF, et s'assurer de sa cohérence avec la comptabilité générale ;
  • Fournir des analyses financières et des simulations (investissements, réponses aux appels d'offres, politique de Prix) pur l'aide la décision.

6-Appui à la Direction

  • Conseiller la DG et les directions opérationnelles sur la rentabilité des Offres et projets ;
  • Contribuer à I 'amélioration des outils (ERP, tableaux de bord) et des processus de gestion.

II- PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ET COMPETENCES

  • Niveau académique : Bac+5 en contrôle de gestion, Finance, Audit (DSCG, DESCOGEF, Master CCA, DECOFI ou équivalent) ;
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans en contrôle de gestion, contrôle financier ou audit, dont au moins 2 ans à un poste similaire, idéalement dans une entreprise multiactivités (distribution, travaux, marchés publics).

A-COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Maitrise de la comptabilité générale et analytique et des normes comptables OHADA ;
  • Maitrise de la budgétisation, du calcul des coûts, de l'analyse de rentabilité et des tableaux de bord ;
  • Pratique des outils informatiques de gestion (Sage ou ERP équivalent, Excel avancé, Power BI apprécié) ;
  • Connaissance de la réglementation des marchés publics et du suivi financier de projets.

B-COMPETENCES COMPORTEMENTALES

  • Rigueur, intégrité et indépendance de jugement ;
  • Capacité d'analyse, esprit de synthèse et sens de l'anticipation ;
  • Bonne communication, sens de la confidentialité et esprit d'équipe.
