MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Gestion des Congés, absences, discipline, CNPS, missions, déclaration, main d’œuvre.
  • Calcul des variables de paie, saisie dans le logiciel de paie, édition des états de paie.
  • Mener le processus de recrutement et d’intégration.
  • Planification des effectifs.
  • Rédaction des fiches de poste.
  • Planification et suivi des formations.
  • Fixation des objectifs et évaluation des performances.
  • Gestion des carrières (plan de remplacement, plan de succession, gestion des hauts potentiels).
  • Elaboration et analyse des tableaux de bord RH.
  • Gestion du climat social et motivation du personnel.

COMPETENCES ET PROFIL RECHERCHES

  • Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail.
  • Administration du personnel.
  • Gestion de la paie.
  • Recrutement et intégration.
  • Gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences.
