1. Présentation de l'entreprise

AMSCO recherche Pour le compte de l'un de ses clients, une importante entreprise agro-industrielle de premier plan basée au Cameroun et actuellement en pleine phase d'expansion et de modernisation de ses infrastructures, un(e) Responsable Maintenance Industrielle.

2. Mission principale

Le/La Responsable Maintenance a pour mission principale d'assurer la disponibilité maximale des installations industrielles de l'usine tout en optimisant les charges et coûts liés à la maintenance. Il/Elle pilote la stratégie technique, supervise les diagnostics et encadre les équipes opérationnelles sur le terrain.

3. Responsabilités et Activités clés

A. Gestion Opérationnelle et Disponibilité des Équipements

  • Garantir le taux de disponibilité maximal des machines et des lignes de production de l'usine;
  • Superviser et valider les diagnostics complexes en mécanique, électricité et automatisme;
  • Assurer la lecture, l'interprétation et la mise à jour des plans industriels;
  • Piloter l'utilisation des outils de gestion de maintenance pour structurer le suivi préventif et curatif.

B. Ingénierie, Conception et Projets

  • Maîtriser et appliquer les outils de conception et de dimensionnement pour l'amélioration ou la modification des installations existantes;
  • Déployer et suivre les méthodologies de gestion de projet pour les travaux neufs, les extensions de site ou les arrêts techniques planifiés;
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques visant à optimiser les charges financières et énergétiques de l'usine.

C. Management et Leadership

  • Animer, encadrer et développer les compétences des équipes techniques de l'usine;
  • Inculquer une culture de rigueur, de respect des normes et d'orientation vers les objectifs de production.

4. Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur en maintenance industrielle, électromécanique ou en génie agro-industriel;
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience impérativement acquise dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou industriel;
  • Parfaitement bilingue (Français et Anglais);
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de maintenance;
  • Excellente capacité de diagnostic (mécanique, électricité, automatisme, lecture de plans);

5. Qualités personnelles

  • Rigueur absolue, leadership affirmé, forte orientation vers l'atteinte des objectifs.
