MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Piloter le processus de recrutement et d’intégration des nouvelles recrues.
  • Planifier les effectifs.
  • Rédiger les fiches de poste.
  • Accompagner les managers des autres processus (métiers et supports) dans la fixation et le suivi des objectifs.
  • Piloter les évaluations des performances.
  • Elaborer et assurer la mise en œuvre des plans de formation.
  • Suivre les évaluations post-formation (efficacité des formations).
  • Mettre en place un plan de remplacement par poste de travail.
  • Mettre en place un plan de succession pour les postes clés (organigramme de remplacement.
  • Mettre un place une démarche de gestion individualisée des carrières du personnel.
  • Mettre en place une démarche de gestion des hauts potentiels (Talents).
  • Elaborer et analyser les tableaux de bord RH.
  • Mettre en place une politique de motivation et de rétention du personnel.

COMPETENCES ET PROFIL RECHERCHES

  • Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail.
  • Maitriser le processus de recrutement et d’intégration du personnel.
  • Être capable d’élaborer un planning de formation et assurer le suivi.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de la GPEC.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de pilotage RH des emplois et des compétences.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils et de la démarche de gestion des talents.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion des carrières.
  • Être capable de piloter un système d’évaluation des performances.
  • Être capable d’élaborer et mettre en œuvre une politique de gestion du climat social et de motivation du personnel.
  • Niveau académique : BAC + 3/4 en GRH / Droit social.
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 07 ans un poste de Gestionnaire RH dont au moins 03 au poste de Responsable développement RH.
