The posting

Nous recrutons pour notre client, acteur du secteur agroalimentaire, un (e) Superviseur des Ventes (H/F) - Produits Agroalimentaires afin de renforcer son équipe commerciale. Véritable interface entre les équipes internes, et les clients, vous contribuerez à l'optimisation des opérations commerciales et à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service.

Responsabilités et Activités Clés

Gérer et suivre les commandes

  • S'assurer de la prise en compte effective, de l'enregistrement des commandes, et garantir leur livraison.
  • Assister ses collaborateurs sur le terrain par des visites d'accompagnement commercial.
  • Effectuer la remontée d'information du marché et coordonner toutes les activités de la force de vente via des indicateurs adaptés.
  • Créer les stocks et anticiper en planifiant la demande.
  • Encadrer l'approvisionnement en produits dans les différents points de vente.

Cordonner les différents acteurs internes et externes

  • Faciliter les relations entre les différents prestataires et services afin d'assurer la bonne réalisation des ventes (transporteurs, commerciaux).
  • Créer les relations quotidiennes avec les clients (appels, e-mails, rencontres).
  • Travailler en relation étroite avec les divers services (approvisionnement, comptabilité, logistique, commercial).
  • Former, coacher et manager le personnel sous son autorité.

Assurer la gestion administrative et la facturation

  • Garantir le respect des normes de qualité et de livraison, le respect des procédures et des bonnes pratiques, et ce dans toutes les étapes de la vente.
  • Gérer la facturation, les avoirs clients ainsi que les impayés ou les litiges éventuels en élaborant et suivant les contrats de vente, documents export etc.
  • Réaliser les appels d'offres et négocier les conditions de vente avec les clients.
  • superviser la gestion de portefeuilles des comptes clients.

Rédiger les différents rapports (quotidien, hebdomadaire, mensuel et annuel) du service commercial.

Profil Recherché & Expérience

  • Niveau académique : Diplôme (Bac+2/3) en commerce, vente, marketing, gestion ou administration
  • Expérience professionnelle : minimum 03 ans dans le domaine commercial
  • Avoir de l'expérience avérée en support commercial ou ADV
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautique (notamment de tableurs), connaissance de la procédure administrative et des bases de la comptabilité.
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens des négociations, force de prospection, capacités rédactionnelles Appétence pour la diversité des tâches et compétences managériales.
