Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir investigações técnicas profundas de falhas de processo, equipamentos e sistemas, incluindo eventos de alto risco e impacto operacional.
  • Elaborar análises técnicas, relatórios formais e recomendações estruturadas.
  • Definir estratégias de controle, intertravamentos, permissivos e lógicas de segurança para processos críticos.
  • Avaliar impactos sistêmicos de alterações em múltiplas áreas e linhas produtivas.
  • Revisar e aprovar alterações de FDS e rotas de alto impacto, garantindo alinhamento com boas práticas, segurança e lições aprendidas.
  • Atuar como última instância técnica para validação de soluções complexas.
  • Orientar engenheiros Jr e Pleno, promovendo evolução técnica, pensamento crítico e boas práticas de engenharia.
  • Suportar tecnicamente decisões estratégicas do time e da liderança.
  • Atuar junto à coordenação e gestão na definição de prioridades técnicas, roadmap de PD e alocação de esforços.
  • Traduzir riscos técnicos em impactos operacionais, financeiros e de segurança.
  • Liderar solução de problemas com métodos estruturados (TPS, A3, RCA avançado, DMAIC, DMADV), garantindo replicação de ganhos e sustentação ao longo do tempo.
  • Co-liderar a Governança PD Tech Ops, contribuindo com RASCI, diretrizes por pilar e revisão da estratégia de PD.
  • Atuar como guardião da implementação, manutenção e sustentação da excelência operacional em todas as áreas da amyris.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Química, Produção, Processos, Biotecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Certificação Green Belt obrigatória, sendo Black Belt desejável.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Vivência prévia em Engenharia de Processos avançada, com visão integrada de Fermentação, DSP e Utilidades.
  • Análise e aprovação de FDS, rotas de processo e parâmetros operacionais críticos.
  • Segurança de Processos: HAZOP, PFMEA, PSM e análise quantitativa de riscos.
  • Controle e automação de processos: estratégias de controle, intertravamentos e permissivos.
  • Investigação de incidentes e gestão de riscos: RCA e Árvore de Falhas.
  • Melhoria contínua e análise estatística: DMAIC, DFSS/DMADV, DOE, regressão multivariada e Cpk.
  • Tomada de decisão técnica em cenários críticos e complexos.
  • Gestão e priorização de portfólio técnico, considerando impacto técnico e financeiro.
  • Elaboração de escopos técnicos para fornecedores e parceiros.
  • Modelagem e simulação de processos, incluindo SuperPro e balanços de massa avançados.
