Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar em projetos de melhoria de baixa complexidade na área de Automação.
  • Elaborar relatórios com status dos projetos em andamento.
  • Elaborar relatórios de desempenho dos sistemas de automação (disponibilidade, paradas e falhas), com fechamento mensal comparando meta com resultado real.
  • Elaborar procedimentos, fluxogramas e documentação técnica (diagramas, lista de I/O, manuais) para atividades da área de Automação.
  • Servir de apoio técnico às demandas das demais áreas da planta relacionadas a automação e instrumentação.
  • Apoiar a manutenção e o acompanhamento dos sistemas de automação (CLPs, IHMs, supervisórios e instrumentos de campo).
  • Apoiar a programação, a configuração e os testes de sistemas de controle, sob supervisão.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar os indicadores de performance de equipamentos e da automação (ex.: disponibilidade e número de paradas).
  • Apoiar a análise de falhas e alarmes dos sistemas de automação, identificando causas e propondo melhorias.
  • Atender e zelar pela observância das normas existentes na empresa e políticas corporativas, incluindo as pertinentes ao Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade e Boas Práticas de Fabricação, além das normas de segurança aplicáveis à automação (ex.: NR-10 e NR-12).
  • Conduzir, apoiar e elaborar testes de sistemas e equipamentos junto ao time de P&D para melhorar a performance do site.
  • Apoio na gestão/implementação de sistemas de excelência operacional.
  • Executar outras atribuições correlatas, de acordo com a necessidade da área e a critério da chefia.

Requisitos:

  • Cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharia Mecatrônica (Controle e Automação), Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencial em Barra Bonita/ SP;
  • Conhecimento básico em eletricidade, instrumentação e lógica de programação;
  • Conhecimento em Excel, sendo desejável nível avançado;
  • Desejável conhecimento em CLP, IHM e sistemas supervisórios (SCADA).
  • Será um diferencial ter Ensino Técnico em Automação, Técnico em Instrumentação, Técnico em Eletrônica, Técnico em Mecatrônica.
