Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o ciclo de compras de materiais e serviços sob supervisão direta de compradores plenos e seniores: preparar solicitações de cotação, coletar preços e pré-cadastrar pedidos no ERP para validação e aprovação do comprador responsável. Realizar follow-up de pedidos em aberto e de entregas, atualizando status e sinalizando imediatamente ao comprador responsável qualquer risco de atraso, divergência ou não conformidade. Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações nos sistemas de compras e ERP (requisições, pedidos, cadastros e anexos), garantindo precisão e rastreabilidade dos dados. Consolidar informações em planilhas para mapas comparativos e equalização de propostas, bem como relatórios simples de apoio à decisão, sempre revisados pelo comprador responsável. Auxiliar na preparação de documentos de RFI, RFP e RFQ, seguindo templates e orientações do time. Apoiar a homologação e o onboarding de fornecedores na plataforma Linkana: solicitar e conferir documentação, acompanhar pendências e realizar verificações básicas. Interagir com fornecedores em tratativas simples (dúvidas de pedido, confirmação de prazos, envio de documentos), sem assumir compromissos comerciais em nome da empresa. Comunicar o status das compras às áreas internas solicitantes, garantindo clareza e previsibilidade no atendimento. Apoiar a atualização de indicadores (lead time, saving, performance de fornecedores, pedidos em aberto) e de bases de dados de gastos (spend), contribuindo para a acuracidade das informações reportadas.

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando graduação nas áreas: Engenharia (Produção, Química, Bioquímica ou Alimentos), Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Comércio Exterior ou Logística;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Pacote Office, com Excel intermediário;
  • Noções do uso de ferramentas de IA, Power BI e ERP (SAP) - Desejável.
