How you'll make an impact?

As an Appointment Setter at AMZ AllStars, you will be the frontline driver of our client acquisition efforts by connecting with Amazon sellers and eCommerce brands that are growing and hiring remote talent. Your primary responsibility is to make high-volume outbound calls and book high-quality discovery calls directly with our CEO.

AMZ AllStars specializes in recruiting top-tier remote talent for Amazon sellers and eCommerce businesses, including Executive Assistants, Customer Support Specialists, PPC Specialists, Catalog Managers, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Coordinators, and other key roles. Your success directly contributes to expanding our client base and helping fast-growing brands build high-performing remote teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Appointment Setter with a strong sales voice and a fast tempo who thrives on outbound calling. We are open to Customer Service Representatives, and Virtual Assistants who ideally have a sales background and excellent communication skills. You will follow provided scripts and instructions closely, stay consistent with follow-ups, and turn cold outreach into qualified discovery calls. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the AMZ AllStars internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Work from provided lead lists and research Amazon sellers, aggregators, private label brands, and multi-channel eCommerce businesses that are actively hiring or scaling.
  • Identify decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, COOs, Operations Managers, HR Managers, using LinkedIn, company websites, and other prospecting tools.
  • Keep a clean, organized pipeline of prospects with accurate contact information and outreach history.

Outbound Outreach

  • Make 150-200 outbound calls per day using the provided sales scripts, with cold calling as the primary channel.
  • Support calls with personalized email and LinkedIn messages as needed.
  • Follow structured follow-up sequences consistently until a clear outcome is achieved.
  • Use missed calls strategically to generate callbacks and verify active numbers rather than relying on voicemail.

Qualification & Appointment Booking

  • Deliver the sales script with a confident, energetic voice and a fast tempo, handling objections as coached.
  • Qualify prospects by uncovering hiring challenges, team size and growth plans, remote hiring experience, and immediate or upcoming hiring needs.
  • Position AMZ AllStars as a strategic recruitment partner for sourcing experienced remote talent.
  • Book qualified discovery calls directly on the CEO's calendar.
  • Send reminders one day before and one hour before scheduled meetings to reduce no-shows.

CRM & Reporting

  • Log all calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM daily.
  • Report daily or weekly on calls completed, contacts reached, appointments booked, and pipeline status.
  • Share feedback on common objections and what messaging is working.

Required Experience:

  • Experience as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service Representative, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar phone-based role; a sales background is highly preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English communication with a strong sales voice and a fast tempo.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Ability to follow sales scripts and instructions accurately.
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed daily call and appointment quotas.
  • Strong follow-through skills and attention to detail.
  • Grit and self-motivation: comfortable with rejection and able to stay persistent and professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cold calling or B2B outbound sales.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) and dialers (RingCentral, Aircall, JustCall, CallTools, or similar).
  • Experience selling services to Amazon sellers, eCommerce brands, or in a recruitment, staffing, or VA company.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem and common seller roles and challenges.
