Job Description

How you'll make an impact?

You will play a critical role in maintaining candidate quality by sourcing, evaluating, and shortlisting qualified U.S.-based professionals. Using Juicebox and other AI recruiting platforms, you will build targeted talent pipelines, assess candidates against role requirements, and deliver actionable shortlists that help senior recruiters make faster, more informed hiring decisions.

Role Overview:

You will support a technology-driven recruitment process by working with AI agents, internal recruitment tools, and team members. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records, reviewing AI-generated outputs for quality, and communicating sourcing progress and potential challenges proactively.

Initially, your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take on more candidate-facing responsibilities, including initial screening calls with U.S.-based professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

  • Source U.S.-based candidates daily using Juicebox, building and refining searches by title, skills, industry, seniority, and location.
  • Supplement Juicebox with other sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn and Boolean search.
  • Track sourcing results and adjust searches that are not producing qualified candidates.

Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review profiles and resumes against role requirements, experience, compensation range, and U.S. work eligibility.
  • Prepare clear, qualified shortlists for senior recruiters, with brief fit notes and any red flags.

AI Agents, Tools & Workflow

  • Give clear instructions to AI agents and internal tools through Slack, and review their outputs for accuracy.
  • Keep candidate records, pipeline status, and trackers accurate and up to date in our internal systems.

Candidate Communication

  • Draft professional, personalized outreach and follow-up messages to U.S. candidates in polished English.
  • Flag blockers and low-yield searches early, with suggestions for improvement, and keep senior recruiters informed.
  • Over time, join and then lead initial screening calls with U.S. candidates.

Required Experience:

Recruitment Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Juicebox is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with Ashby or comparable AI-powered recruiting platforms.
  • Experience sourcing and screening U.S.-based candidates, with working knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, including time zones, salary expectations, work authorization, and W-2 vs. 1099 classifications.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written English and clear, confident spoken English that is easily understood by U.S. professionals.
  • Strong professional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders as the role progresses.

Professional and Technical Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sound judgment in evaluating candidate qualifications.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered recruiting tools, internal recruitment systems, and Slack-based workflows.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional virtual meeting setup, including a quality webcam, clear audio, and adequate lighting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for tech companies
  • Familiarity with AI Recruiting platforms such as Juicebox and Ashby (or Fetcher, HireEZ etc.)
  • Experience supporting senior recruiters or working directly with a U.S. client team

  • Comfort working with AI tools, and a proactive, clear communication style

Schedule & Location Setup

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based)

Schedule: 9 AM to 6PM EDT

Contract Type: Rank & File

Benefits:
