Im Fokus dieser Position steht die Business Transformation: Wir übersetzen Strategien in wirkungsvolle Umsetzung, gestalten Operating Models und treiben die KI-gestützte Modernisierung voran. Ob Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Naturwissenschaften oder ein quantitativ geprägtes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium - bei uns bringst du deine analytische Stärke in komplexe, technologienahe Projekte ein und entwickelst sie über eine steile Lernkurve weiter. Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung anspruchsvoller Transformations- und Technologieprojekte mit strategischer Relevanz, häufig in agilen Kontexten
  • Interaktion mit dem Kunden zur Erreichung der Projektziele von Tag 1
  • Sukzessive Übernahme von Projektmanagementtätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung interner Unternehmensabläufe sowie an der Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-gestützten Methoden und Tools

Qualifikationen

  • Mit exzellenten Noten abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Natur- oder der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit quantitativer Ausrichtung- Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Auffassungsgabe
  • Lösungsorientierung
  • Talent zur anschaulichen Kommunikation komplexer Sachverhalte
  • Begeisterung für Trends im Technologiesektor
  • Offenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von KI in der Projektarbeit und in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsleistungen
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Freude am Reisen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Norwegisch- oder Schwedischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
