  • Coordinate executive meetings, engagements, events, and other BOND activities, including scheduling, logistics, participant coordination, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide high-touch executive support to senior government and industry leaders participating in BOND initiatives.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate executive-level correspondence, briefing materials, meeting packages, and other official products in accordance with DoW standards and formats.
  • Coordinate administrative requirements supporting BOND participants, including security clearances, Special Government Employee appointments, Common Access Card (CAC) and Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) access, onboarding, offboarding, and required documentation.
  • Track actions, deliverables, decisions, and follow-up requirements across BOND Program stakeholders to support timely execution of leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate across DoW organizations and industry stakeholders to align resources, requirements, organizational functions, and interdependencies supporting BOND initiatives.
  • Maintain program records, documentation, SharePoint content, and other information resources in accordance with applicable records management requirements.
  • Support special projects and emerging requirements aligned with DA&M, OSW, and BOND Program priorities.
  • Provide backup support across BOND Program Execution Team functions and maintain working knowledge of cross-functional program responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 17+ years of professional experience (will accept 19 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Professional experience supporting Department of War, federal government, or comparable executive-level organizations.
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, engagements, events, or initiatives involving senior government or industry stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, or coordinating executive-level correspondence, briefing materials, meeting packages, or other official documentation.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, functional areas, or senior-level stakeholders to execute organizational priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience engaging with both senior government officials and private-sector executives, including C-suite leadership.
  • Knowledge of DoW and OSW organizations, missions, functions, processes, and organizational interdependencies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior government and industry executives.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, adapt to evolving priorities, and independently develop solutions in an executive-level environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
