Missão do Cargo: Garantir agilidade e qualidade no atendimento comercial, assegurando a correta liberação dos pedidos, prestando suporte à equipe de representantes e oferecendo um atendimento eficiente aos clientes.

Principais Responsabilidades: Analisar e liberar pedidos de vendas conforme políticas comerciais, financeiras e disponibilidade de estoque. Realizar interface com as áreas de Crédito, Logística, PCP e Faturamento para garantir o fluxo dos pedidos. Prestar suporte diário aos representantes comerciais, esclarecendo dúvidas e acompanhando solicitações. Atender clientes, fornecendo informações sobre pedidos, prazos de entrega, produtos e processos. Acompanhar pendências comerciais e garantir retorno dentro dos prazos estabelecidos. Atualizar cadastros e informações comerciais no sistema. Monitorar indicadores relacionados ao atendimento e à carteira de pedidos. Apoiar a equipe comercial na execução de ações e processos internos. Indicadores (KPIs) Tempo médio de liberação de pedidos. Tempo médio de resposta a representantes e clientes. Percentual de pedidos liberados dentro do SLA. Índice de retrabalho por erro operacional. Nível de satisfação de clientes e representantes.

Competências Técnicas: • Excel • Power BI (diferencial) • Análise de dados comerciais • Formação ou curso nas áres de Administração, Contábeis, Economia ou Eng. Produção
