The posting

  • Executar o fechamento mensal dos custos de produção, observando o calendário e os procedimentos da empresa.
  • Apurar e analisar custos de produtos, ordens de produção, processos e centros de custos.
  • Analisar variações entre custos reais, padrão e orçado, identificando os principais fatores que explicam os desvios.
  • Conciliar custos de produção, estoques e contas contábeis relacionadas.
  • Acompanhar a valorização de matérias-primas, produtos em processo e produtos acabados.
  • Conferir consumos, perdas, refugos, retrabalhos e apontamentos de produção que impactam os custos.
  • Investigar inconsistências nas informações de produção, estoque e custos, articulando correções com as áreas responsáveis.
  • Elaborar relatórios de custos e análises para a Controladoria e para as áreas operacionais.
  • Apoiar auditorias e atender solicitações de informações relacionadas a custos e estoques.
  • Identificar oportunidades para aprimorar os controles, processos e rotinas de fechamento de custos.
  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência profissional em custos industriais e fechamento mensal.
  • Conhecimento de custos de produção, centros de custos, ordens de produção e valorização de estoques.
  • Conhecimento de conciliações entre custos, estoques e contabilidade.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado, incluindo fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e análise de dados.
  • Experiência com ERP Protheus/TOTVS será um diferencial.
  • Capacidade de analisar variações e investigar suas causas junto às áreas operacionais.
