Estamos em busca de profissionais para a vaga de Analista de Departamento Pessoal. Você será responsável por executar e acompanhar as rotinas de administração de pessoal, garantindo a conformidade dos processos trabalhistas, previdenciários e internos da empresa. Atuará no suporte aos colaboradores e às lideranças, assegurando a organização, a precisão das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos legais e procedimentos estabelecidos.

Principais atividades:

Gerenciar os processos de férias, realizando solicitações, emissão de avisos e recibos, lançamentos financeiros e acompanhamento dos prazos legais. Executar e acompanhar todo o processo de rescisão de contrato de trabalho. Realizar alterações e atualizações cadastrais dos colaboradores nos sistemas internos. Executar o fechamento, conferência e administração do convênio Unimed. Administrar o processo do Prêmio Assiduidade, realizando conferências e controles necessários. Auxiliar nas rotinas de fechamento da folha de pagamento, efetuando lançamentos, conferências e apoio às demais etapas do processo. Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal. Manter os documentos e controles do setor atualizados. Arquivar e organizar documentos pertinentes ao Departamento Pessoal.

Superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins. Domínio básico do Pacote Office. Conhecimento prévio em legislação trabalhista e processos de administração de pessoal. Experiência com o sistema TOTVS será considerada um diferencial.
