Você vai apoiar a área de Gente & Gestão em rotinas de RH, ajudando a cuidar de todo o ciclo de vida das pessoas colaboradoras, desde a entrada até o desenvolvimento interno.

  • Apoiar processos de recrutamento e seleção (triagem, agendamento, feedback).
  • Dar suporte à integração de novas pessoas colaboradoras (onboarding).
  • Auxiliar no controle de ponto, férias e movimentações internas.
  • Atualizar cadastros e documentos em sistemas de RH.
  • Apoiar ações de clima, engajamento e comunicação interna.
  • Dar suporte em treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento.
  • Atender dúvidas de colaboradores sobre políticas e rotinas de RH.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação técnica ou superior em andamento ou concluída em RH, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em RH (estágio ou até 2 anos) em rotinas administrativas ou generalistas.
  • Conhecimento básico de legislação trabalhista e rotinas de departamento pessoal.
  • Domínio de pacote Office ou Google Workspace (principalmente Excel/Planilhas).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e vontade de aprender.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência com recrutamento e seleção de vagas operacionais e administrativas.
  • Experiência com sistemas de folha, ponto eletrônico ou ATS.
  • Participação em projetos de clima, engajamento ou comunicação interna.
  • Certificações, cursos livres ou especializações em RH.
