Quer começar sua carreira no varejo aprendendo na prática e com acompanhamento próximo? Como Fiscal de Caixa Aprendiz, você será parte essencial da experiência de compra dos clientes, garantindo organização, apoio ao time de frente de loja e segurança nos processos.

Você vai atuar em uma grande rede de varejo, em ambiente dinâmico, com oportunidade real de desenvolvimento e efetivação.

  • Apoiar a conferência de caixas e fechamento diário.
  • Auxiliar na organização de filas e atendimento ao cliente.
  • Dar suporte aos operadores de caixa em dúvidas e ocorrências simples.
  • Acompanhar trocas, cancelamentos e devoluções.
  • Auxiliar no controle de sangrias e suprimentos de caixa.
  • Contribuir para a organização e limpeza da área de checkouts.
  • Seguir procedimentos internos e normas de segurança da empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio.
  • Ter idade compatível com programa de aprendizagem, conforme legislação vigente.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Tubarão/SC, em horário comercial ou de shopping.
  • Interesse em atuar no varejo e aprender rotinas de frente de caixa.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e vontade de aprender.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior (mesmo informal) com atendimento ao público.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática e manuseio de caixa ou PDV.
  • Participação em cursos profissionalizantes na área de varejo ou atendimento.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e em ambiente dinâmico.
