Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Recursos Humanos para liderar e desenvolver as estratégias de gestão de pessoas da empresa, fortalecendo a cultura organizacional, apoiando as lideranças e garantindo a excelência nos processos de Recursos Humanos.

Será responsável por estruturar, acompanhar e aprimorar as práticas de Recursos Humanos, atuando de forma estratégica e próxima às lideranças e aos colaboradores.

Principais atividades:

  • Liderar e desenvolver a área de Recursos Humanos, estruturando processos, políticas e práticas alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa. Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças, apoiando na tomada de decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas
  • Coordenar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, garantindo qualidade, agilidade e alinhamento ao perfil e à cultura da empresa. Desenvolver e acompanhar ações de integração, treinamento, desenvolvimento e capacitação dos colaboradores.
  • Estruturar e acompanhar processos de avaliação de desempenho, feedbacks e planos de desenvolvimento. Promover ações voltadas ao clima organizacional, engajamento, comunicação interna e fortalecimento da cultura.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de Recursos Humanos e propor melhorias a partir da análise dos resultados. Gerenciar os processos de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo o cumprimento das rotinas trabalhistas, previdenciárias e legais.
  • Acompanhar processos de admissão, férias, rescisões, folha de pagamento, benefícios e demais rotinas de administração de pessoal.
  • Supervisionar a atualização dos cadastros, documentos e controles dos colaboradores.
  • Gerenciar benefícios e convênios, acompanhando contratos, movimentações, conferências e necessidades dos colaboradores.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e dos procedimentos relacionados à gestão de pessoas. Atuar na resolução de conflitos e no atendimento às demandas dos colaboradores e das lideranças.
  • Apoiar a gestão em decisões relacionadas a estrutura organizacional, movimentações internas, remuneração e desenvolvimento de equipes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de Gente e Gestão, promovendo soluções que contribuam para a eficiência e o crescimento da empresa.
  • Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência generalista em Recursos Humanos, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, clima e cultura organizacional e Departamento Pessoal.
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e processos de administração de pessoal.
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de Recursos Humanos e ferramentas de gestão de pessoas.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office.
