Apoiar a área na condução das discussões jurídicas nos fóruns de apoio jurídico, tributário e na comissão de PLD, bem como nos grupos de trabalho com os associados, no acompanhamento regulatório (CVM, Bacen e PLD), na condução das discussões do Grupo Consulktivo de Relações Governamentais e no monitoramento legislativo que impacta o mercado de capitais. O cargo produz análises, registros e materiais técnicos que amparam as discussões jurídicas.

Buscamos uma pessoa com redação técnica clara e objetiva, boa capacidade de análise e síntese, organização e controle de prazos. É importante ter boa comunicação com públicos executivos, facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa e consultiva, além de discrição no tratamento de informações sensíveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a organização de reuniões dos fóruns de apoio jurídico e tributário, bem como da Comissão de PLD e do Grupo Consultivo de Relações Governamentais: convocações, pautas, atas e controle de encaminhamentos.Consolidar as contribuições dos associados e preparar materiais de apoio para as discussões.Interagir com Representação de Mercado para alinhar demandas e prazos.Monitorar normas, audiências e consultas públicas da CVM e do Bacen e elaborar resumos e quadros comparativos.Apoiar a preparação de manifestações e respostas a consultas públicas.Acompanhar a regulamentação e as discussões de mercado sobre temas jurídicos, tributários e de PLD/FTP que impactam o mercado de capitais.Fazer pesquisas jurídicas e redigir minutas de notas técnicas, memorandos e pareceres, sob supervisão.Acompanhar projetos de lei e proposições no Congresso Nacional relacionadas ao mercado de capitais.Manter atualizado o controle de tramitação e sinalizar à liderança os temas com impacto potencial para os associados.Organizar e manter a base de documentos, posicionamentos e histórico das discussões da área.Elaborar comunicados e informes técnicos para associados e áreas internas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: graduação completa em Direito.OAB: ativa ou em processo de obtenção.Experiência: até 2 anos em escritório de advocacia, departamento jurídico de instituição financeira, gestora, associação de mercado ou órgão regulador.Conhecimentos técnicos: noções de regulação do mercado financeiro e de capitais (CVM e Bacen), como as Resoluções CVM 160 e 175; noções de PLD/FTP; interesse por processo legislativo.Ferramentas: pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint).
