Wij zijn Qobee - de softwarepartner voor grip op inkoop en finance processen.

Bij Qobee maken we complexe processen eenvoudig. Ons platform stroomlijnt inkoop en factuurverwerking zodat jij kunt werken met grip, overzicht en controle. Eén centrale plek voor alles wat je nodig hebt om finance en inkoop slim te organiseren.

Hoe ziet jouw dag er precies uit?

Als Servicedesk Consultant voer je volgende taken uit:

  • Aannemen, registreren en opvolgen van meldingen en incidenten;
  • Je geeft Functionele ondersteuning aan de gebruikers van onze financiële ERP-oplossing;
  • Escaleren van complexe software problemen naar de juiste behandelaarsgroep;
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de Servicedesk;
  • Je voert gedocumenteerde wijzigingen of controles uit op de systemen bij onze klanten;
  • Ondersteunen bij de inrichting en configuratie van onze software;
  • Testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en systeemaanpassingen

Wat zoeken wij?

Je technische skills

  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT.
  • Je hebt kennis van SQL of je bent bereid om dit te leren.

Je soft skills

  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent klantgericht, je kan goed luisteren en je kan je verplaatsen in onze klant zijn belevingswereld.
  • Zelfstandige houding met een grote bereidheid om te leren en ontwikkelen.
  • Analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht.

Je diploma

  • MBO+/Graduaatsopleiding of HBO/Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting ICT, Bedrijfskunde of Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je taalvaardigheid

  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Beheersing van de Franse taal is een pré.
