Vi söker nu en HR-administratör för ett konsultuppdrag hos en väletablerad verksamhet i Haninge. Just nu söker vi en HR-administratör till ett konsultuppdrag som startar efter årsskiftet och löper till och med den 31 maj 2027. Du blir anställd som konsult hos Andara och arbetar på plats hos kunden i Haninge.

Om jobbet som HR-administratör

Rollen som HR-administratör är både rolig och stundtals utmanande. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat:

  • Ansvara för onboarding- och offboardingprocesser, inklusive introduktion av nya medarbetare och praktiskt stöd vid start och avslut av anställning
  • Hantera personaladministration såsom anställningsavtal, intyg, tjänstgöringsbetyg samt dokumentation i digitala personalakter
  • Ansvara för rekrytering kopplat till sommarbemanning
  • Koordinera praktikprogram, utbildningsinsatser, intern kommunikation och andra HR-relaterade aktiviteter
  • Hantera inkommande HR-frågor samt säkerställa att HR-processer, dokumentation och system hålls uppdaterade

Du rapporterar till butikens HR Chef och samarbetar nära butikens HR Business Partner.

Är du rätt för rollen som HR-administratör?

För att lyckas i uppdraget är det viktigt att du har ett stort driv och att du arbetar resultatinriktat. Det är också viktigt att du utför ditt arbete med stor noggrannhet. Dessutom har du en förmåga att identifiera problem och hittar lösningar. Du har också förmåga att prioritera och gillar att arbeta i team. Du växlar snabbt mellan olika typer av arbetsuppgifter. Till sist förmedlar du information på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt.
