The posting

Vi söker en serviceinriktad, senior och strukturerad Office Manager till vår kund i Stockholm. I rollen får du en central funktion i den dagliga verksamheten och bidrar till att kontoret fungerar smidigt för både medarbetare och besökare.

Du trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter, har lätt för att skapa ordning och tycker om att ge god service. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och passar dig som gärna tar initiativ, löser praktiska frågor och håller ihop flera uppgifter samtidigt.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som Office Manager kommer du bland annat att:

  • Ansvara för den dagliga kontorsadministrationen och bidra till en välfungerande arbetsmiljö.
  • Välkomna besökare och hantera inkommande samtal och e-post.
  • Samordna möten, bokningar och praktiska arrangemang.
  • Beställa kontorsmaterial och ha kontakt med leverantörer och fastighetsservice.
  • Hantera post, leveranser och administrativa ärenden.
  • Stödja vid introduktion av nya medarbetare och andra personalrelaterade rutiner.
  • Planera och koordinera interna aktiviteter.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av kontorsadministration, reception, service eller en liknande koordinerande roll.
  • Har god administrativ förmåga och är van att arbeta i digitala verktyg och Office-program.
  • Kommunicerar väl på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • Är noggrann, organiserad och har lätt för att prioritera när flera saker behöver hanteras samtidigt.
  • Tar initiativ, arbetar självständigt och samarbetar gärna med andra.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av att koordinera kontorsservice, hantera fakturor, leverantörer eller lokaler.
