The posting

Anderson University’s Guest and Auxiliary Services invites applications for a full-time, 12-month position as Program and Scheduling Coordinator. Anderson University is an innovative, entrepreneurial, premier comprehensive, liberal arts university affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. The University seeks a candidate with a strong Christian value system, lifestyle, and commitment to the integration of faith and learning.

The Program and Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Anderson University’s conference, special programs, summer camps, and events. This position coordinates program logistics, develops timelines, maintains program records and documentation, and serves as a primary point of contact for program directors, conference organizers, campus partners, and external organizations. The Coordinator also manages year-round facility reservations and campus calendars through the University’s 25Live scheduling system, ensuring accurate scheduling, resolving conflicts, and maximizing the use of campus facilities. In addition, this role provides administrative and customer service support to the Guest Services department, assisting students, faculty, staff, conference guests, vendors, and external organizations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor’s degree and prior experience in event planning, conference or hospitality services, specifically in a university or college setting is preferred. Familiarity with 25Live or similar event scheduling software and proficiency with Microsoft Office are also preferred. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to collaboration, excellence, and Anderson University’s Christ-centered mission and values is essential. Evening and weekend work based on event schedules is expected.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
