Assist the Maintenance team with routine, non-technical maintenance and facility support activities. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed and within the scope of your training. Assist with basic preventive maintenance activities under the direction of the Maintenance Leader. Clean and maintain production and maintenance equipment and work areas. Respond to production line maintenance requests and assist Maintenance team members as directed. Help identify and report equipment concerns, unusual conditions, or potential maintenance issues. Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and safe maintenance work environment. Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and appropriately. Support Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Leaders with assigned projects and activities. Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures. Complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Need To Be Successful:

Have an interest in manufacturing, maintenance, skilled trades, or industrial operations. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Basic familiarity with hand tools and their proper use. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and complete assigned tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight once properly trained. Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and/or overtime based on plant and production needs.

  Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Current enrollment in a technical, trade, vocational, manufacturing, or related educational program is a plus. Previous manufacturing, production, maintenance, facilities, automotive, or skilled-trades experience is preferred but not required. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
