COORDINADOR DE CALIDAD   RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO:   El Coordinador de Calidad es responsable de completar y realizar tareas de apoyo para entregar cero defectos en los procesos de construcción y ensamblaje.  Apoyan los objetivos de satisfacción del cliente apoyando o liderando la resolución de problemas en el piso, entrenando y capacitando a los miembros del equipo en temas de calidad, y apoyando las operaciones para abordar cualquier problema de calidad.      DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

Complete el trabajo de manera segura y ayude al sitio a mantener los estándares de seguridad. Proporciona soporte a través de la comunicación del estado de calidad al equipo y a los directivos, facilitando el establecimiento de objetivos de calidad y proporciona la formación necesaria para mejorar continuamente la calidad de Android/Avancez. Responsable de realizar inspecciones de control de calidad, verificaciones y pruebas durante el proceso de ensamblaje, incluidos los materiales, las piezas y el producto en diferentes etapas de producción, garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente. Responsable de apoyar y asistir en diferentes niveles de auditorías en el sitio (auditorías internas, externas, de procesos por capas, etc.).  Identifique las brechas, trabaje con un equipo para resolver las inquietudes e informe a la gerencia sobre los resultados. Realice visitas a la planta de los clientes para investigar el rendimiento de la calidad y procesar las devoluciones de los clientes. Evalúe los materiales según los requisitos de calidad, identifique los defectos de los proveedores, los defectos internos e informe al equipo de gestión. Mantenga archivos de datos de prueba de calidad y ejecute informes relacionados con la calidad. Todas las demás tareas que se le asignen.

  EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:

Diploma de escuela preparatoria, carrera tecnica o equivalente. Años de experiencia: 3+ años de experiencia en control de calidad y al menos 1 año en un entorno de fabricación/ensamblaje de automóviles.

    VIAJAR: Viaje requerido: No   CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y DESTREZAS:

Conocimiento de Sistemas de Calidad ISO9001 o IATF 16949:2016. Comprometidos con el logro de estándares de desempeño de clase mundial. Sentido de urgencia y enfoque general en la satisfacción del cliente. Grandes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Capacidad para colaborar con diferentes partes interesadas. Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de planta de secuenciación y/o ensamblaje automotriz de ventana corta y ritmo rápido. Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas y computación. Conocimiento del sistema de producción y del módulo del producto.
