INGENIEROS DE CONTROLES JR         RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO: Los Ingenieros de Controles JR son responsables de mantener y mejorar nuestro equipo de producción en un entorno de fabricación justo a tiempo. Además, será responsable de ayudar con el diseño y especificación de equipos para todas las instalaciones de Android/Avancez.    DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Desarrollar procesos de ensamblaje y diseños de planta desde la fase de cotización hasta la fase de lanzamiento. Ayudar a los miembros del equipo de lanzamiento del programa con el desarrollo de procesos. Proporcione detalles precisos de los equipos que se colocarán dentro del diseño de la planta y el proceso de ensamblaje. Comprender el flujo del proceso desde el material entrante hasta los productos terminados salientes. Realice verificaciones de campo en las plantas actuales y actualice los diseños para mantener registros precisos. Mantener y actualizar la carpeta de diseño en el servidor con las versiones actuales. Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar nuestras pautas estándar de diseño. Utilice datos de simulaciones para garantizar que los procesos se ejecuten de la manera más eficiente. Cumplir con las prácticas y procedimientos de seguridad y limpieza de la empresa. Miembros del equipo de soporte responsables de implementar equipos en el entorno de montaje. Actualice los documentos de diseño según lo solicitado. Todas las demás funciones que le sean asignadas.

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:

Certificado de ultimo grado de estudios; Se prefiere un título asociado (tecnología de ingeniería o disciplina relacionada). Años de experiencia: más de 2 años de experiencia en dibujo con AutoCAD y/o Solidworks.

  VIAJAR:    Viaje requerido: mínimo     Pasaporte y Visa Vigentes   CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y DESTREZAS:

Fuertes habilidades con programas de diseño como AutoCAD y Solidworks o similares. Fuertes habilidades con programación de simulación de procesos como ProModel y/o Flow Planner. Comprensión de conocimientos básicos de programación para su uso con simulaciones de ProModel. Capacidad para determinar y recomendar la mejor solución entre una variedad de alternativas y llevar a cabo tareas hasta su finalización. Gran atención al detalle para proporcionar dimensiones precisas y diseños fáciles de leer. Excelentes habilidades de seguimiento y gestión del tiempo. Capacidad para realizar cálculos matemáticos; Tener un conocimiento profundo de las fórmulas. Fuertes habilidades verbales y escritas necesarias para comunicar información compleja relacionada con el trabajo. Voluntad de ayudar a otros con sus deberes. Habilidades básicas en el uso de Microsoft Office Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Capacidad para utilizar equipos de protección personal y seguir las pautas de seguridad. Capacidad para mantener un área de trabajo ordenada y organizada.
