Buscamos um profissional comprometido, que valorize boas práticas de higiene, padronização de cortes e trabalho em equipe.

Realizar cortes de carnes bovinas, suínas, aves e derivados conforme padrões da empresa. Atender clientes no balcão, orientando sobre tipos de cortes e formas de preparo. Higienizar e organizar equipamentos, balcões e câmaras frias. Conferir qualidade, validade e armazenamento adequado dos produtos. Embalar, pesar, etiquetar e armazenar produtos. Controlar perdas, sobras e aproveitamento de carnes. Colaborar com a equipe para manter o setor limpo, abastecido e atrativo.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como açougueiro, magarefe ou cortador de carnes. Conhecimento de cortes bovinos, suínos, aves e derivados. Noções de higiene, manipulação de alimentos e segurança no trabalho. Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial segunda-feira a sexta-feira das 06:30 as 16:18. Capacidade de atendimento ao cliente com cordialidade e agilidade.
  • Ensino Fundamental

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em cozinhas industriais de grande volume.
  • Conhecimento em controle de estoque e fichas técnicas.
  • Curso na área de manipulação de alimentos ou açougue.
  • Vivência com normas de segurança do trabalho (EPI, POP, etc.).
