Oportunidade para atuar como Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção, para estruturaro processos seletivos de ponta a ponta e apoiando a liderança na tomada de decisão.

  • Conduzir processos de R&S do alinhamento de perfil à admissão.
  • Divulgar vagas em canais estratégicos (LinkedIn, portais, indicações).
  • Realizar triagem de currículos e entrevistas por competências.
  • Aplicar e acompanhar testes e avaliações comportamentais/técnicas.
  • Atuar próximo às lideranças, apoiando na definição de perfis.
  • Garantir experiência positiva para todas as pessoas candidatas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento, Administração, RH ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em Recrutamento e Seleção generalista (operacional, preferencialmente no ramos de cozinha industrial).
  • Vivência com entrevistas por competências e condução de processos de ponta a ponta.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de divulgação de vagas e triagem de currículos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho temporário 90 dias e 100% presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Atuação anterior em empresas em crescimento ou ambientes dinâmicos.
  • Experiência com indicadores de R&S (tempo de fechamento, funil, SLA).
