Responsável pela produção de preparações salgadas e doces, bolos, tortas garantindo sabor, apresentação e segurança alimentar, contribuindo diretamente para a satisfação de clientes internos e externos.

  • Preparar e finalizar pratos e produtos de confeitaria conforme fichas técnicas.
  • Organizar e higienizar a área de trabalho, utensílios e equipamentos.
  • Seguir rigorosamente normas de segurança alimentar e boas práticas.
  • Apoiar no planejamento de produção diária.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para cumprimento de prazos e volumes.
  • Sugerir melhorias em receitas, processos e apresentação dos produtos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em cozinha profissional e/ou confeitaria.
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial segunda a sexta-feira das 06:30 as 16:18
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e compromisso com padrões de qualidade.
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipe em ambiente dinâmico.

Diferenciais:

  • Formação técnica em Gastronomia, Cozinha ou Confeitaria.
  • Vivência em cozinhas industriais, restaurantes ou padarias de grande fluxo.
  • Conhecimento em fichas técnicas e controle de desperdício.
  • Experiência com produção em larga escala.
