Oportunidade para atuar como ½Oficial de Cozinha/Saladeira :

Buscamos uma pessoa comprometida, cuidadosa com a higiene e que valorize o trabalho em equipe.

  • Preparar, higienizar e montar saladas e guarnições frias.
  • Organizar e repor o buffet de saladas conforme a demanda.
  • Controlar validade, armazenamento e identificação dos insumos.
  • Seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de higiene e segurança alimentar.
  • Auxiliar na limpeza e organização da cozinha e área de trabalho.
  • Apoiar a equipe de cozinha em atividades simples de pré-preparo.
  • Colaborar para manter o padrão de qualidade definido pela empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como saladeira ou em rotinas de cozinha/produção de alimentos.
  • Conhecimento básico de boas práticas de higiene e segurança alimentar.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e agilidade na execução das tarefas.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e seguir padrões estabelecidos.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em restaurantes, cozinhas industriais ou serviços de alimentação em eventos e buffet de grande volume.
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de conservação e armazenamento de hortifrutis.
  • Participação em cursos ou treinamentos na área de gastronomia ou cozinha.
  • Vivência com sistemas de controle de estoque e etiquetagem de alimentos.
  • Ensino Fundamental Completo
