La clinique:

Membre du réseau AniCura, la clinique TRIOVet à Rennes est un établissement de référés pur ayant la volonté ferme de s’inscrire durablement comme un partenaire de qualité dans le paysage vétérinaire rennais. A ce titre, l’équipe vétérinaire ne prend en charge que les animaux référés par les vétérinaires traitants, c'est à dire les chiens et chats envoyés par leurs vétérinaires dans le cadre d'une prestation spécifique.

Notre équipe de vétérinaires considère l’empathie comme une valeur essentielle de notre mission. L’expérience vécue par le propriétaire se doit d’être irréprochable et de rester une des priorités de la structure. La volonté de placer l’humanisme et le respect au sein de cette relation tripartite TRIOVet-propriétaire-vétérinaire référent est notre vision.

Missions et responsabilités:

Le chargé d’accueil H/F a un rôle clé au sein de la structure. En tant que premier et dernier contact des clients, son rôle est central et a un impact direct sur l’image de la clinique.

  • Gestion des demandes de référé et des prises de RDV sur le planning des vétérinaires
  • Accueil des clients et prestataires techniques
  • Gestion du standard téléphonique
  • Gestion et organisation de la boite mail principale de la clinique
  • Gestion des livraisons et envois (dont analyses extérieures)
  • Centralisation des commandes centrales et gestion du stock d’accueil et de consultation
  • Organisation et entretien et gestion des stocks des zones accessibles au public (salles d’attente et salles de consultation)

Profil recherché:

Vous disposez obligatoirement d’une expérience confirmée en secrétariat/accueil en milieu médical ou êtes diplômé·e en tant qu’Auxiliaire Spécialisé·e Vétérinaire et souhaitez vous spécialiser dans ce domaine.

(A noter que les candidatures pour des recherches d'alternances ne seront pas étudiées)

Quotidiennement en relation avec nos clients et travaillant en équipe, vous avez le sens du service et appréciez le contact humain et les interactions de groupe.

Doté d'un excellent relationnel vous savez gérer les rapports parfois complexes avec certains clients.

Organisé et rigoureux, vous menez à bien vos différentes missions tout en étant sollicité par différents interlocuteurs.

Modalités d’emploi:

  • A pourvoir dès que possible
  • Modalité de contrat à définir selon profil
  • Temps de travail: 35h réparties sur 5 jours du lundi au vendredi.
  • Horaires variables entre 8h et 19h30 avec une heure de pause.
  • Rémunération selon profil et expérience
