En AniCura Madrid Este seguimos impulsando el crecimiento de nuestro servicio de cirugía y buscamos incorporar un/a Veterinario/a Cirujano/a con interés en desarrollar su carrera en cirugía de tejidos blandos y traumatología.

Buscamos un profesional con experiencia o formación específica en cirugía, especialmente orientada a traumatología, que quiera seguir creciendo dentro de un hospital con un fuerte compromiso con la formación y el desarrollo profesional.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Licenciatura/Grado en Veterinaria.
  • Interés en compatibilizar cirugía de tejidos blandos y traumatología.
  • Muy valorable formación de posgrado en traumatología: Máster en Traumatología. Improve International. Formación específica en osteosíntesis y manejo de fracturas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y participar activamente en el desarrollo del servicio de trauma.
  • Motivación por continuar formándose y asumir progresivamente procedimientos de mayor complejidad.

Funciones

  • Realización de cirugías de tejidos blandos programadas y de urgencia.
  • Participación en el desarrollo y crecimiento del servicio de traumatología.
  • Valoración y resolución de casos traumatológicos.
  • Manejo de fracturas y procedimientos de osteosíntesis según experiencia y nivel de autonomía.
  • Atención de consultas quirúrgicas.
  • Revisiones postoperatorias y seguimiento de pacientes.
  • Participación en las rondas clínicas multidisciplinares.
  • Atención de cirugías de urgencia cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaboración estrecha con el equipo quirúrgico compuesto actualmente por Director del Servicio, cirujano especialista e interno de cirugía.

Organización del trabajo

Ofrecemos una posición diseñada para favorecer el crecimiento profesional:

  • 3 días semanales dedicados a actividad quirúrgica.
  • 2 días semanales enfocados a formación, desarrollo y acompañamiento clínico.
  • Participación en retenes de cirugía de tejidos blandos: 1 semana de cada 3 de retén localizado de blandos.
