二、内控管理 内控培训 完成新入职员工的内控培训，确保新员工了解内控规范； 协助更新培训内容，结合合规案例提升培训实效。 内控自查与合规 按季度执行区域内控自查，覆盖合同管理、合规流程等关键环节； 编制自查报告，跟踪整改落实情况。 内控宣传 AI辅助完成内控相关宣传内容的策划与输出； 推动内控意识在区域内的持续提升。

1. 本科或研究生在读具备良好的英文读写能力，能够以中英双语处理合同文件和合规文档。 2. 有西语/意大利语/葡语等小语种语言能力者优先； 3. 工作认真负责，有较强的沟通表达能力； 4. 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够推动合同内部协商达成共识； 5. 具备合规风险意识，对潜在风险有主动识别和预判能力。。 6. 每周出勤5天，长期实习者优先。
