安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 负责dToF原始稀疏点云的去噪、聚类与质量优化，面向障碍物检测场景进行工程落地；探索SAM等2D/3D视觉大模型与传统点云几何处理结合的新范式，提升复杂户外场景下的点云分割与补全效果 2. 研发基于引导滤波（Guided Filter）或轻量化神经网络的Depth Completion算法，融合dToF稀疏深度图与RGB图像，解决户外复杂光照下的深度边缘模糊问题，并针对草叶、金属、玻璃等低反/高反材质导致的dToF漏检问题，设计基于RGB语义信息的深度补偿方案 3. 调研并复现PoinTr、NLSPN、Depth Anything等SOTA网络，结合嵌入式端侧算力约束，完成模型从训练到TensorRT/RKNN量化部署的完整链路 4. 参与真实场景数据采集与标注，协助完成RGB与dToF时间戳同步及像素级外参标定，构建高质量评测benchmark，推动算法持续迭代

1. 可长期实习，3个月以上；计算机、自动化、机器人、计算机视觉等相关专业硕士以上学历，博士优先 2. 技术能力：熟练掌握Python + PyTorch，能独立完成深度学习模型训练、调参、评估全流程；具备C++基础，可读懂PCL/Open3D/OpenCV源码；熟悉3D深度学习或图像处理任意方向之一 3. 数学基础扎实，掌握线性代数、概率统计；理解点云几何处理或相机投影模型（内参、畸变）基础概念 8. 有KITTI/NYU-Depth/ScanNet等benchmark实验经验、PointNet++/NLSPN等经典网络复现背景、端侧模型部署经历或顶会论文发表者优先
