你将参与： 1.参与服务器、存储、网络、GPU 算力资源的规划、部署与演进。 2.开发并持续优化运维自动化工具与平台，提升研发交付与运维效率。 3.深度参与 Kubernetes 集群的建设、升级和稳定性优化。 4.建设并持续优化 CI/CD 流水线、监控/日志/告警体系。 5.参与日常运维工作（变更、巡检、故障处理等），保障系统稳定运行。 6.探索 AI 在运维场景的应用（如智能告警、根因分析、容量预测等）。 7.与云厂商、硬件厂商一起解决复杂、非模板化的问题。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机/通信或相关专业，经验不限。 2.熟悉至少一种编程语言（Python/Go/Shell 等），有自动化工具或脚本开发经验优先。 3.了解主流服务器与硬件平台（Dell/HPE/H3C/华为/浪潮等）。 4.实际使用过 Kubernetes，理解容器/网络/存储在 K8s 里的基本工作方式。 5.对系统稳定性、资源利用率、性能问题有好奇心和判断力；对 AI 赋能运维有一定了解。
