一、本科在读或以上学历 二、核心特质 1、好奇心：面对开放式课题能自己发现问题和线索，主动探索而非等待输入 2、主动性：主动进入用户现场、主动找人、主动推动，把外部信息转化为推进的起点，不需要等指令 三、能力要求 1、项目管理：能催办、把控节点、把计划转化为结果——推进对象是人，需要节奏感 2、贴近用户场景：能进入用户的工作现场，理解真实场景和痛点，转化为产品优化决策 3、强逻辑性：能从现象中抽象结构，把复杂流程模块化拆分——输入混沌，输出必须清晰 4、Vibe coding：能借助 AI 工具驱动编码，完成功能开发与体验迭代 5、AI 工具使用：对主流 AI 工具有基本认知和使用习惯 四、加分项 1、有 vibe coding 的实际项目经验 2、有用户调研或产品体验优化的经验 3、有培训体系或认证流程的设计/运营经验 4、制造业或智能制造领域背景
