安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 一、 海外本土化创意与AI视觉产出 深度参与拉美大区的营销战役。使用生成式AI工具（图像多模态生成）进行平面内容的创作、变体延展，并辅助落地创意策略。 负责审核与评估AI生成的视觉内容，确保构图、光影、人物特征符合拉美目标受众的多元审美与政治正确，并与品牌的高端/专业调性保持高度一致。 学习提示词、风格参数和视觉约束等实操技巧，推动最终创意结果的高质量落地应用。 二、 跨文化视觉质量与品牌标准维护 学习并掌握公司在全球及拉美区域的品牌视觉语言、设计规范与创意标准。 参与出海物料的最终视觉质量审核，确保内容符合品牌内外要求，以及拉美各国的投放合规标准与文化禁忌。 三、 创意工作流与设计流程优化（系统思维） 观察并记录面向拉美市场的端到端创意工作流（海外需求Brief → 创意概念 → 视觉设计 → 多语言本地化 → 审核交接 → 素材投放）。 敏锐识别协作与设计生产中的低效环节，探索“人机协同（Human-AI Collaboration）”的最佳实践，协助团队打造更高效的出海内容生产SOP。 四、 跨部门协作与数据驱动设计 与创意、营销团队合作推进内容相关项目，学习如何基于投放数据和用户反馈，迭代优化视觉内容和设计方案。 在实战中培养清晰表达设计思路、敏锐发现问题以及推动流程变革的能力。

一、基本条件： 27届本科及以上学历在校生，实习期最短不低于4个月，每周到岗不低于4天。 二、专业背景： 视觉传达设计、数字媒体艺术、广告学、品牌传播等相关专业优先；其他专业若有扎实的设计/渲染功底亦可。 三、视野与心态： 对生成式AI如何变革品牌视觉充满狂热的兴趣，愿意在快速迭代、充满未知的创新环境中工作。 具备系统化思考能力，对“设计是如何被高效生产和分发的”感兴趣，而不是只沉浸于打磨单张设计稿。 四、专业硬技能： 熟练掌握 Adobe 全家桶、Figma、KeyShot 等主流设计/三维渲染工具。 具备扎实的平面排版功底和出色的视觉审美能力。 五、语言与文化： 优秀的英语读写能力，能够作为工作语言无障碍阅读海外Brief和查阅英文资料。对欧洲流行文化、艺术审美和社媒网感有一定了解。 【加分项】 一、AI实战派： 拥有 Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI 等AI工具的实际使用经验，有明确的AI生成作品或工作流沉淀（自学、个人项目均可）。 二、拉美通： 熟悉拉美市场，有拉美国家留学/交换/生活经历；或熟练掌握西班牙语/ 葡语任意一门本土语言。 全栈作品集： 你的作品集中不仅有优秀的平面/UI设计，还有视频剪辑/合成/三维包装，或是出色的广告创意全案。
