你将参与： 1.参与分布式训练框架与训练集群相关能力的研发和优化。 2.参与大模型训练过程中的显存优化、训练加速及相关工程实现。 3.参与云端集群环境下的大模型分布式训练方案开发与落地，包括数据并行（DP）、张量并行（TP）、流水线并行（PP）等。 4.参与多卡通信机制与训练性能优化相关工作，包括 NCCL、NVLink、RDMA、RoCE 等方向。

1.计算机、电子工程、人工智能、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2.熟练掌握 Python / C++ 编程语言，精通 PyTorch 深度学习框架。 3.了解 GPU 底层体系结构，如 CUDA Core、Tensor Core、显存层级等。 4.熟悉 PyTorch DDP、Accelerate 等分布式训练框架及常见显存优化策略，具备较强的工程实现能力。 5.对模型加速、压缩与显存优化有基本概念，了解混合精度训练（FP16 / BF16）、量化感知训练（QAT）等相关技术。 6.了解云端集群与大模型分布式训练机制，如数据并行（DP）、张量并行（TP）、流水线并行（PP）。 7.了解多卡通信机制，对 NCCL、NVLink、RDMA、RoCE 等通信协议与网络互联架构有一定认识。 加分项 1.具备软硬协同视野，既了解具身智能相关算法，也熟悉底层芯片硬件或 GPU 架构。 2.对 AI 前沿底层技术有强烈好奇心，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，并具有良好的英文文献阅读能力。 3.有分布式训练、量化感知训练等相关实操经验。
